Give new players 5 permanently unlocked 450 IP champions and update the starter bundles.

It's hard enough to learn the game with it's shitty tutorial and endless possibilities for mechanics, not having a reliable champion is something that has never made sense to me. If you would give new players 1 450 IP champion for each role and then update the bundles to be more modern, that would be massively appealing to new players. Soraka, Amumu, Garen, Ashe, Annie, 5 simple champions perfect for new players that don't switch availability every week. The bundles haven't been updated since I started playing years ago, and a lot of the champions not included in these bundles are now incredibly old and cost little IP. Just put 5 of the old/lowest IP cost champions into the bundles to replace the 5 starter champions.

I would even go so far as to say these bundles should be better advertised for new players. If you want to have them pop up when the client is loaded for newer players, I think that's perfectly fair and it would be a good compromise for giving out the 5 free champions. You'd still be making a great profit from IP boosts and bundle sales. IP costs are insane as fuck, so I think this is beyond fair for everyone involved.
