[Idea/Suggestion] Hextech Trading!

I have had a lot of friends complain about Hextech crafting, some have 7-10 chests but no key fragments while others (like myself) have 10 keys and no chests, without spending RP this is very hard, however I came up with a solution:

Why not create a trading system? The chest and key are worth the same amount of RP, so maybe cut the fee in half say 75 rp for a trade so people can trade chests for keys among their peers!

EDIT: and Yes I do realize the lowest RP to purchase is 680, but this will help benefit riot and benefit both of the player without anyone feeling cheated or robbed of their rp
