[Suggestion] Remove gold bounties for A+K, replace with bounties for the entire team

IME, players that sit back waiting out the assist timer for their allies to shame them through the scoreboard are bad enough, but having the entire team lose out on gold due to their selfishness is frustrating to those that are bystanders of the fight within the team.

So, it would make sense to me that if you removed kill gold and assist gold on champions, not on minions of course...and replaced with gold for the whole team, a lot of the selfishness would just be for the scoreboard and with everyone getting gold, players struggling on the other side of the map might catch a bit of a break after being zoned out, while the lane that's already performing well doesn't snowball.

After all, I've seen it again and again players like to say that whichever bottom lane wins can usually go on to win the game, well, I think it's less often true than they make it out to be, but it's undeniable that right now, winning your lane can give you perhaps more advantage than necessary, at least when it comes to kills and deaths. There are already morale victories for winning your lane through kills and deaths, so sharing the gold bounty with the rest of the team that didn't participate would do a lot for the team morale IMHO, as well as prevent those that are ahead from getting way too far ahead.
