@meddler About champions roles/positions

I've seen multiple posts about irelia that say she was reworked in a way that would make sure her jungling did not become better than her laning so that irelia players didn't feel forced off of their champion. Why is this being done for irelia players but couldn't be done for nidalee players? Why did nidalee players get forced to stop playing their favorite champion in the roles they preferred and will anything be done to fix this? We have waited years to play nidalee in top/mid again without her being a disadvantage to our teams. Now that riot wants to let champions be playable in multiple roles I would say this is the perfect time to fix this especially for a champion who previously was playable in multiple roles.
