Bring back rank affection (example: D4 in soloQ, flex placement starts at G5)

Starting off by saying I do not know why this is removed and how it happened. Getting D4 with like 69% winrate over 80 games and then when I try to play 3v3 I get Iron 4 making me start all over again ruining the experience for myself and others trying to learn/play the game. How is this any fun towards both sides and why is it removed. This is just getting ridiculous.
