This is what's wrong with the LoL community and Riot refuses to address

Context: This fids was playing bot lane supp in ranked. He started feeding right off the bat and initially I wasn't really checking what he was doing (I was mid) but after like 3-4 deaths 10 mins in I just glanced over to see what was going on at bot and this guy literally was just going up to the enemy bot's face (jinx/lux) and trying to get off a fear while our adc (kaisa) was not even in vicinity or even set up for a proper skirmish. Then after that he just stopped trying all together and just diving without anyone around.

Naturally bot got super fed and we lost but the fact that this guy can feed and play so bad that it's bluntly obvious that he doesn't give a rat's ass and then just claim he isn't doing it on intention leaves a massive gray area for players to abuse the system. The worst part is that he mocks us knowing full well that nothing will happen.

Now I know you can't just outright ban people for doing "poorly" but enough is enough I mean you have to sit down wonder if not having strict penalties or repercussions for doing poorly is really benefiting the game because so far almost every other game I see this happen. Someone feeds and just doesn't really care and you end up losing. It's really not a fair and balanced for either teams.

The fact that people can abuse this gray area just makes this game unplayable. As most people have said millions of times this game if a coin flip. Get a good team that hopefully doesn't feed then you win. If not, then you get stomped.

As one player put it so eloquently: "Riot enforces intent rather than action". That pretty much sums up the major problems in the game. And no real discussion or address of this issue is ever made or a proper sit down with Riot developers is done to see how they can fix this. I mean like it's part of your job, you spent hours designing the game, have assess to sensitive data and analytics that give you much better insight as to how you can address this issue and most of all you have the time to generate ideas to at least reduce this issue and nothing even close to this ever is done. I feel after the issue with calling out lane roles back before team builder was implemented this is the biggest issue in the game that causes people to lose yet after what like 8-9 years? Not a single peep is done about this? How can this even be..
