Why aren't upgraded trinkets in the recommended build?

I think a lot of low elo players would upgrade the trinket, when they hit lvl 9, if it was in the recommended build. I always upgrade it but it's really sad to see that no one else uprages their to or

normal trinket is fine, unless you are support(then always go red) blue is amazing, but its easily detroyed. yellow is permanent unless trinketed

Yellow gives the most vision. Blue is good on like the adc to check jungle objectives, but it's an easy 15 gold to just find laying around
