The new Quinn..

Actually looks pretty good, but.. I don't see why Valor doesn't get to do much other than fly around faster? Look at every 2 form champion.. Jayce, Elise, Nidalee, etc. That's like saying "Nidalee gets movement speed AND can jump! But no longer does damage". If Valor doesn't get damage, I don't think Elise or Nidalee should either. Give Valor a new set of abilities, not the same ones Quinn has. Make it combo like Nidalee's traps/spear -> Cougar form abilities. But leaving Valor as a movement speed dummy really won't save much of her kit once she gets the nerfs that will come after people play with the new items.
