Help me pls

Hello, im a mid main and i find it very frustrating, to be called a bronze pleb by almost all people that aint in bronze, and im just wondering how to get out of bronze, i like champions like Azir and generally that playstyle. Im looking for new fun champions to play, and i really want to get that powerspike in ranks, i feel like i have an ok understanding of the game.
