How the heck is IP awarded? Played morgana support, 38 minutes long, 7/9/17, and recieved about 250 ip (no xp boost). Played Twisted Fate adc, 6/9/6, 40 minutes, about 100 Ip. How does that work, when Ip given is based solely on game length?

edit: Win/lose also matters, although based on the amounts they were probably both wins.
IP awarded based on game length with a multiplier if you won. There is also the first win of the day bonus worth 150.
