Had game with illaoi in team, she fed, she was 1/6, but still she was way stronger than enemy ryze that was ahead. Her one E made this ryze lose 70% of his hp. One E. 1/6 illaoi has to hit just one E to take 70% of hp from the enemy. How is this fair.
As a frequent Illaoi player, I can verify this. I'm not positive about this specific instance, it seems a bit much. But regardless of whether this is true or not, Illaoi definitely isn't balanced.

To quote Illaoi:

Literally the entire counter to her kit is to walk out of range. If you stand there and let her pummel you to death, you will get pummeled. To death. It's like standing on train tracks and saying it's the train's fault for killing you, when you could have walked three feet to either side and been totally fine.
Dodge her E, and she's got nothing in a 1v1. You can sidestep her E and her Q, her W is basically an autoattack, and her tentacle zone from R doesn't go anywhere. Buy
