Champions pack/season pass idea

As a returning player to league, I find it difficult to buy/play all champions and I think the antiquated free week system either needs to be expanded for the ever increasing champion pool/or a new system to allow for players to have a variety of options should be developed. Other games offer a season pass and I thought it'd be cool to pay $10 a season to get all new character/some random skin/hextech crafting garbage. Also maybe another champion bundle in the store to allow quick access to returning/new players to unlock a larger champ pool.
