fiddel still buff in 8.4 ?
Just checked surrender at 8.4 current Pb and Fiddel doesn't have been buffed its still for this patch or not? Thx for the info.

If anyone thinks Fiddles wasn't even considered to get a buff:
However, he clearly states all the things may not happen.
The item changes are already a huge buff to Fiddle in general and to Junglesticks in particular, especially the changes to the jungle item and to Liandry's. It's entirely possible that he won't need buffs anymore if these changes go through.
