Riot Now I understand that Anivia nerf

I just played against her and now I understand why you nerf'd her but the Skarner nerf was very unnecessary. I've seen many Skarners have more deaths than kills and not only that, when Skarner ganks he either dies or fail terribly because of how crap his damage is.

I feel like Skarner is in Warwick's shoes where you can't gank till you're 6 because your kit in pre-6 sucks ass.
