Make Taric and Blitzcrank viable

The title sounds hard, but listen wtf should a supporter do with a passive like tarics or the passive from blitzcranks ult? Also got Taric long cooldowns and his skills are..simple. Maybe he should be able to use some of his skills on teammates like lulu. Taric needs really a new passive, maybe teammates in 2000 range gets movespeed everytime he uses a skill or something like this Blitz. And Blitzcrank could get higher mana reg when his ult is on cooldown. ty for reading.

Taric's long cooldowns are there because after he has his skills, they can be reduced by several seconds if you weave your AA/skills right. But, until then, yeah. I feel like his CDs are super long.

Blitz is viable. A single good hook on an out of position squishy can turn an entire game around.

Not to mention a roaming blitz can make an enemy junglers life hell.
