Meta change when?

This meta is the worse i have ever played in. I can get my ADC so fed as a support main, but it amounts to nothing. only a few ADCs do their job right. And not to mention how snowbally the game has become. most of my games have been just whoever gets fed first (with the exception of bot lane). Buff the ADCs, nerf the burst champs, buff tanks. Please Riot this meta sucks.
