Normal Draft vs Blind Pick / More Information Needed

Lately I've been seeing a lot of "numbers" and ideas being thrown around about why blind pick will be used instead of draft. In addition to that, a lot of people are arguing why we should keep draft over blind. However, what I do not see a lot of is information regarding the changes from Riot/Riot employees. From what I've seen, Riot has only said that blind pick is more frequently used than draft pick and that draft is gone in all regions besides NA, EUW, and BR. However, Riot has not specifically shown us the exact numbers for this blind vs draft scenario. In addition to that, there is no further information being provided to back up why they think this is good or at the very least why they think it will have low impact on the player base. I personally would like to see Riot give us more details such as how many people playing blind pick actually have enough Champions to play draft. Without more context, the information provided to us so far is completely useless. Furthermore, more information might make it easier for the community to accept the change or might help the community stop Riot from making another queue disaster like dynamic queue. Either way, I really would expect by now that Riot would understand that they need to inform us and discuss with us. Just my 2 cents.

Let's think of it this way: Riot is a company that wants money. They found a way that can save money and believe it won't affect too many people.

Other option: Riot does whatever they want and do not listen to the players.

Why keep this information? Because the numbers are high although the percentage is not. What else?
