Ward Timing

I believe if someone attacks an enemy ward, then the ward's time left should lessen. For expamle, 33% percent of a minute every hit. I just think it would be more fair since the enemy can just drop a ward on the jungle for 60 seconds even right next to you, and there's nothing you can do. Especially early game when a jungler is starting a camp.
