With Zed and Fizz being out in the wild

I don't see why on earth Yorick should be out of the weekly free champion rotation. He's a lane bully, yea, and then? He falls off lategame by kit AND has too low stats for a lategame juggernaut. He has nothing particular except being pretty boring for flashy Lee Sin / Leblanc / Vayne players. But not everyone is such a player.
