Anyone else disappointed with the new ban system?

The two things I was hoping for with 10 bans was

1. Everyone gets a ban

2. More diversity in game

Only point number 1 is being addressed for me.

The way the new ban system works means it's not 10 bans but 0-10 ban instead with the possibility of duplicate bans (WHICH I REALLY HATE THE POSSIBILITY OF HAPPENING) with potentially game diversity being worse off then better. The new ban system also makes strategic picks/bans worse. Solo queue doesn't have strategic picks/bans on the level of LCS but it definitely was there. The new ban system though almost removes that aspect from soloque which I feel makes the game worse and further separates pro games from casual.

I really think too much game quality is going to be sacrificed just for faster games. The new ban system seems like a slightly better version of blind pick while a worse version of current draft pick.
