Game community ruins this game and im on the last rope before quitting it

Been playing league and yes i get it sometimes the frustration of doing bad. I have lost lane and been angry and flamed just like everyone else at times, but this game really does not stop toxic people at all from playing. Just yesterday and today I have been practicing GP and winning lane every game i played. However every game no matter what happened I always got flamed by duos who in the game lost their lanes and went to blaming either jungle or me the most fed on the team. This game is just no fun anymore and there is no community. The only way to play is to mute all every game or just sit there and get depressed because you cant play a game and talk to teammates because they always flame and are never punished even when i report them unless they go off telling people to off themselves. Its just never a fun time. I used to enjoy finding time to play but now i get home from work, play one game and remember the terrible feelings this game creates just because of the community it has bred. I played one game tonight and literally went 8 and 2 and was flamed by a duo mid and support all game because they lost lanes and i apparently didnt run it down mid roaming every 30 seconds to help. I dont know what you can do to fix it if it can even be fixed, but im pretty much torn by what this game is and my play time on it has and will probably slowly fade into not playing anymore. That is all.

I just had a game against a Riven who's literal name was IGotPermaBanned. They got banned for being toxic they said, and it was obvious. They make it way too easy for players to be toxic on account after account it's annoying.

Why make the exact same thread twice? You already made one in player behavior which is a way more appropriate place than here.

You can mute people, the instant they start being toxic, just mute them and report them at the end of the game. You cannot expect every single person you report to be punished. People need to be able to vent, which is why they don't get punished for being "toxic" in a game or two. They are like that in multiple games consistently? They'll get punished.

I much rather actual toxic people being banned than someone who had enough and needed to vent their frustrations in a single game
