Is my only solution to look up bot lanes and dodge weak players?

This is seriously becoming an issue. It's to the point where almost all my wins, and losses are decided based on how bad the bot lane is.

Bot lane is so strong, and important right now tons of people are queing into adc that don't belong there. Since the season has started the amount of non adc mains trying to play adc on my team has almost gone to the point of insanity. I get it bot lane is so broken right now it's stupid, but going down there when you're an entire rank below your main in terms of skill it's just hurting your entire team.

And don't even get me started on fill supports. With how strong bot lane is if you get a fill support you pretty much just instantly lose the game. It was bad in season 7, but now it's just crazy. I actually couldn't get into Gold season 7 without playing support because fill supports were the single largest contributing factor to my losses. I refuse to go bot lane right now. Because so many fill adcs it's impossible to carry them, and then they just turn into ragers/feeder.

Like is my only option to look up both my adc, and supports stats during picks/bans and straight up dodge people have no experience bot lane? Is this really what we're coming to? Where dodging is actually required constantly?
