Connection Issues
Has anyone else been experiencing connection issues with League? (Keep in mind I can stream, play other games, everything, no issues with connection anywhere else)
Let's say I start up my computer and then start up League, I'll get a "there is no internet connection" error and it'll ask me to retry or cancel. I click retry and it instantly loads and takes me to the new "Riot" client where I sign in. After putting in my credentials, I click sign in and it will tell me that I can't connect to the authentication server or to update my VPN settings.. After I get this, I sign in a couple more times and it will eventually load into the lobby. In the lobby, I can't see my friends list, the store doesn't work, I can't purchase champs, and I can see any of the bundles or news from the lobby home screen.... When I go to click into a game, sometimes it doesn't recognize my account and tries to force me to do the tutorials all over again... So I sign out and re-log back in with of course, no issues. Now that I've logged back in, I still can't see the store, news, or friends list, but I can now access all game modes. I choose the game mode I want to play, select my roles, and then press queue. Sometimes it queues, sometimes it doesn't.. If I notice the queue has a 3:00 estimate timer, it won't connect me.... if it has a lower estimate timer, then it is not glitched and I can wait for proc. Once it procs 3 things will either happen. It will either 1) allow me to enter game, but i can't talk in champion select chat, 2) allow me in game but keeps me in party and role selection area and not allow me to see champ select.. I can hear all the times, but can't access it.. forcing me to dodge or it sits there forever, or 3) tells me there's been something weird with "ready check" and forces me into the 3:00 minute estimate glitched queue where I now have to re-log and start all over. If everything goes well and I manage to get in game.. my connection is fine, I'm not laggy, I can talk in chat, etc. NO PROBLEMS. :/
I'm completely stumped at what I can do to fix this.. I've repaired and reinstalled numerous times. I've changed network and firewall settings and that doesn't work either. Keep in mind, whenever I go to a RIOT website it gives me a connection error, and makes me refresh 36 times before I can see the site. Also, when I send a customer support email, it sends and then redirects it back at me saying that something happened and it couldn't be delivered. (I also can send emails to anybody and it works.. it's just with league of legends contact support that it's redirecting.)
Can someone please help me?
The only thing that I can even lean towards is that I haven't got WINDOWS 10 yet. But I'm thinking that can't be it.
