Can we have a solo only normal games?

You can toggle it while queue, it will take more time but at least there's no duo jungle camping your lane ruins your game experience. Let the "I don't care if they have a duo" people match with premade and enjoy the instant queue, while people like me who enjoys solo fair matches take the long waiting time. What is the con of that?
