That new tempo rune

so we reverted kog'maw because of his completely ridiculous ability to attack more than every character. so riot is all like welp we gotta put broken against broken don't we. this is going to be a ridiculously over used rune just because adc are already good. in my opinion the new grasp will be a much better rune for an adc. it doesn't change their ad but instead gives them more max health. hopefully this wont become a bad idea. hopefully everyone will be able to be sooo much more creative and not just use this tempo rune
