@Riot - Concerns about new rune system

Long time ago you guys introduced key stones as a way of providing different options to champions depending of their play style. It did not hit the mark as champions easily would be optimized with certain key stones. Also you guys nerfed certain champions around the most used keystones, what bond something that was already a kind of meta to a necessity you cant play without [like Blessing for Soraka for example].

My concern is about the direction certain keystones [specially the ones that increase damage/atk speed/critical hits/heal/shields] that will easily shift into meta ones failing everything again.

Can all damage increasing keystones also increase the amount of damage you receive by a big amout? Decrease your life steal? Decrease movement speed? Decrease gold p second?

Something that could really add some strategic consideration to it instead of just raw power that will easily shift to dominate all options like thunderlord?

In the video i could see a good example of keystone to ADCs that i'm sure all tristanas would pick. I know many others are going to come, but this is a legit concern!
