As it looks like it could be a bug and not a script, I'd say abuse it the best you can - it'll be faster to climb out of Ranked if you are struggling. In this case, it is technically allowed, as it is only a mere bug on Riot's end and is pretty much readily available in the game already, as you did not download any third-party programs and is already technically in the game.
