The Client Resetting your Summoner Spells after a dodge NEEDS TO BE CHANGED

I get assigned jungle. I change from ignite to smite. Somebody dodges my ranked game. When I come back into the ranked game, the client REVERTS MY SMITE BACK TO Ignite. 99/100 times I catch this. But I SHOULDNT HAVE TO. The client keeps any changes to your masteries even if somebody dodges. It needs to do this with your summoner spells as well. Other people have had smite taken away from them in my games because of this, and it's incredibly obnoxious.
