Bad at league. HELP

I have been playing lol for almost 2 years and I am still trash at the game. I have tried all of the things people recommend me and I still cannot improve. Is there any advice you can give me?

Should try to diversify your champion pool more than Amumu, Tresh and Nautilus. It's nice to play team/support champion but it can give you a lot of misery in Bronze.

Play squishy champs so you have to think about when to go in, and so you don't initiate when said squishy champs are out of position - it helps you learn when to hold back.

You can singlehandedly lose the game with a bad Thresh/Amu/Naut Q when your team isn't ready.

It's very tilting to be at 20% HP with no CDs and then amumu Q's in, dies and goes "?" "?" "?" PING PING PING WHY DIDNT YOU GO IN WTF????? /all REPORT THIS MID TROLLING. And at lower elo it happens every game on one team or another - nothing makes me want to alt-f4 more than this.
