Support Fidd's burst is surprisingly lethal
Level 2, your burst damage is unreal. Why? Because you can control where your Crows will bounce. Having tested this in normals, most of the time you'll ether get an early flash, exhaust, Heal, bully them out of lane or kill them. Most of the time I go Exhaust/Flash, but I'm seriously considering dropping exhaust and going with Flash/Ignite.
But why is this damage so unreal? Well at rank 1 his E deals 65 + 45% of your current AP, with the current runes that I was running, I had 20 AP with the AP support item. 45% of 20 is 9, So roughly about 74 damage per bounce. At rank 1.
I made a gif to show the damage dealt to a bot. Yes. The bot will have no runes, but it's a pretty okay example of the burst you deal early game, especially against people who will not expect that much damage.

At full health the Lucian bot was brought down to around 40% - 35% HP roughly. Of course, he was still a bot. So add your ADC adding damage to it, you're pretty much going to drop their health incredibly fast.
Now some of you may go, "Hey! Brand deals about the same damage! If not more!" Or, Lulu's really strong early game burst or maybe Velkoz or something else. But there's something that's very different about their burst and the Fiddlesticks burst.
Those are skillshots, while all of Fiddlesticks' attacks are on-target moves. So while you are able to dodge those skills, you cannot avoid this. The only way to escape the damage is to run away from the Fiddlesticks drain so that the crows won't prioritize you, or have a support with a bunch of CC to break the drain.
Let's also take into account several other things as well. If you just run up to the middle of the minion wave and Drain/E, you won't take minion aggro....however if you have minions up and the ADC auto attacks you, now your minions will start attacking them. So the only way for them to really pull out without taking too much damage, is to just flat out run away.
And I noticed that people will just stand there trying to trade with you, underestimating the damage you deal.
I'm not saying that this is broken, OP, and unstoppable. Clearly there are weaknesses to this. Such as, Fidd being amazingly squishy. Anyone being able to CC you out of your drain, therefore maxing the crow bounce to other targets. Also you need the help of your ADC to actually finish them off, since for the most part, you're not making your drain first. So even with that burst that you have, you won't really be able to deal a killing blow without your ADC to help. So while supports like Lulu could just auto attack them after the burst and almost get a solo kill because of her passive, Fiddlesticks however cannot.
That being said, with a coordinated play, you can burst down the squishiest target between the enemy ADC and the support and start snowballing quite quickly.
For all your Fidd mains reading this. Do you think that the new mechanical changes to his Crow and Drain make him a more viable support?
Lemme know what you think.
