Move integration

In tight situations while running from the other team I might want to use my q on them ,but I have to stop to use it. I would like riot to make it to where if you had set a long destination on the map ,and had used your q or other basic long/mid range attack would still function without having to stop. I do realize that this would make everyone have to change the way their brain thinks when they play like this ,but in the long term I think it could make game play better.
