Statikk Shiv Tooltip is Misleading

Statikk Shiv possesses two passives. The first, not labeled unique, states that moving or attacking will make attacks energized. The second UNIQUE passive details what happens when making an energized attack.

Attacking grants 12% of an energized charge with one Statikk Shiv. The non-unique passive should contribute additively if you build a second, much like how stacking two Rod of Ages can get you up to 200 AP. But after building a second Statikk Shiv, I was still only gaining 12% of an energized charge.

The first passive in Statikk Shiv's tooltip should be labeled UNIQUE so that it doesn't look stackable.
