Big dc's/lag spikes every ARAM game and I don't know what to do about it.

Hello I am an ARAM player and I happen to do not well in my matches. But recently I keep having huge lag spikes and dc's on my end and is there actually some file related to this so I can fix it. I apparently remember there's a file but forgot what it's called. If anyone has a suggestion to fix it tyvm. I'll probably submit a ticket later today if that helps. Thanks!
