Pinging passive effects

The title is pretty self explanatory; I would love if riot made it so you could ping any status effect and passive effect that have a duration/stack basis/cooldown, since they are sometimes valuable information to share with your team (take for example Maokai's passive; it is ver impactful in fights, yet there is no way to tell your ganking jugler that it is up; the small brawl is winnable).
