Panth rework

I have a TIP to make Pantheon back fun because his rework is for so many people really sh*t now :( What about, you give pantheon's old passive back, make his E instead of blocking dmg, reducing damage. Lower ult CD and make it able to cancel and as of last, buff his AD ratios on all his abilities. Please consider these tips, so pantheon can be really fun to play. His new look is amazing and stuff, just these few things should be applied :) Thank you very much for considering these tips.
