Rework XIn Zhao

I've been playing Xin Zhao for a lot now and i really enjoy playing with him. However, I feel like something is missing from him and I feel like a rework on him will be amazing.

HIs passive could change into giving higher stats a bit more in the late game like attack speed or armour pen etc.

Q could stay the same or maybe be changed into a new skill shot

W can have a different ability like a passive ability( like w or e)

E the same it is a very good ability for gap closing

R is good but could increase the range a bit more
