Preseason Junglers and ADC changes?

Hello! Do you think that due to some items and jungle changes (especially number of monsters in camps) some junglers will receive changes? I feel like AoE spells will be very useful for clearing in season 7 as there will be more raptors and krugs. Look at Kindred for instance. Their main jungle clear spell (Q) hits 3 targets and their clear may become a bit too slow. And now: items. Think about Lucian or Miss Fortune (not the support one :P ). Their core items are Ghostblade and Duskblade. Will these still work on them or the champions will need to be changed too? What do you think, guys?
