So.....failed reworks.....
So, I don't get something.
I see all these comments about how a certain duo of reworks are "failed", and the commenters do post a reason, which is exactly the reason why it's so baffling....the reason? To quote one of the comments, "the rework is made so only D1+ players and mains can play the champion".
So what's the problem here?
That apparently Jhonny from Plastic 12 has to be able to stomp on every champion he picks up from the get go otherwise it's a "failed design/rework".
This game was always advertised as having a champion for everyone, which means there are champions that not everyone should be able to play without proper time invested, and such, those champions should be balanced for those who can play them at their peak, or at the very least, close to that potential.
Just because the majority of players can't play a champion doesn't mean it's a failed champion. Without champions designed for the top cut of players and those who actually put in the time, the game would go boring really quick. Why? Because if everyone has the same skill ceiling (and some people actually suggested this as a good way to make the game better, and we shouldn't wonder why many of those players try to become blacksmiths), there's no point in picking something you feel comfortable on, just pick the one with better numbers, as in the end, you both have the same upper limit, so why bother with what's harder to play when the easier to play does the exact same job, if not better because it does it with less effort.
If people cry now that "there is no outplay anymore, just outdamage", then imagine what it would be then?
And then again, when many of the people complaining about certain champions don't even know how the kit of those champions works, or heck, don't even read their skills (Akali Q still has innate healing in Dec 2019 according to a commenter while another stated that her W still hides her from towers), it isn't a surprise that people act how they do, after all, there's no need to learn to play against something if you can ban it, right?
Anyaaway, I'd like to hear your opinions on the subject regarding Jhonny from Plastic 12's need of playing everything and being good without too much effort, if it is indeed something that is healthy for the game, if it's not healthy to allow everything to be playable for everyone from the get go, etc.
