Farsight Orb to Pulsefire Ward

The new warding element which is added to the Farsight Orb enhances the viability of Farsight. With the obvious stated, this is also a great opportunity to add a new warding element and game play into the mix. Instead of a standard vision ward, the new ward should be a pulsing ward.

Farsight Orb now drops a visible, 60 second duration ward on use. ---> Farsight Orb now drops a visible, 60 second duration pulsing ward on use. Pulsing ward has slightly less vision (25% less) and every 10 seconds it pulses to much greater vision (75% more).

This introduces newer and more dynamic game play, especially when it comes to positioning of wards to maximize pulsing vision. Call it Pulsefire Ward to add an existing element (at least in naming).

I'd hope it follows a similar upgrade scheme so people who want the current blue effect can still use it, but I like it.

I'd reduce the 'greater vision' portion to somewhere in the 25-50% range, and have the pulse last longer (15 seconds), but the latter may just be more of a preference to me.
