Hextech gemstones

Hi guy's I wanteds too share my experience on hextech grafting.

I'm someone who's looking for gemstones since I already own alot of awesome skins I don't want anything else too drop (except hextech annie and soulstealer vayne shard) I opened once 27 chests and got zero gemstones, pretty unlucky right? I know it's a gambling system but sometimes it's weird too see that peaplo get 2/3 out of 17 chests I'm like dafuq is that for kind of luck haha, It's like the same story for me when I open 17 chests I get 2 gemstones it's kinda a weird experience for me when that happens because I kinda get pissed and feel bad xD but I think when peaplo get unlucky like this when they buy 27 chests I think you should be able too send a ticket and receive atleast 1/2 gemstones I don't say it's a good idea but when peaplo get unlucky with 27 chests there should be atleast a exception, what do you guy's think please, leave a comment I would like too read your opinion on this.
