Ranked AFK's

Seriously probably a million discussion about this already but can RIOT please put in a remake or make ranked games with AFK's not count, so idiotic that ALL 4 other people have to lose the time and energy they put into gaining LP due to some IDIOT leaving a game because they can't not feed or troll or <yournameit>...like why the hell is this even a problem. From just the report tab RIOT KNOWS this is a problem yet they don't take proper measures against it. Like: oh nice got a report thing after the game, wooo(cause I'm ecstatic at this point) maybe their account will get banned MAYBE, then what, they make a new one?

If we are under the notion that in general the community is decent folk then place a "remake game" vote button, and out of those 9 players left in game 5 of them have to say "yes remake". Speaking with all players whom I play with and against, WHEN not IF, we have an afk, feeder, etc..., they say they wouldn't wish it upon any other team cause they've been there too and generally wish they could play an actual game.

Please Riot better measures need to be in place to deal with these situations, boot vote, remake vote, make games with redliners not have LP repercussions. So many things could be in place yet they are not.
