I'm not sure why Riot is so fixated on Zyra's seed mechanic
There are so many interesting things you could do with the plant-thematic. Heck, this topic alone opens up the whole area of "brush manipulation/creation".
But no, instead we are locked on dead on the seeds, that now have a RANDOMNESS factor to them due to their passive spawn.
If you really want to have a mage that feels like they are creating something, you have to play that out better: channeling to grow massive plants/thron-ranks that reshape the battlefield. Or how about a skill that roots Zyra to tranform her into her previous passive-state (like root -> absorb power from surrounding -> SUPER PLANT MODE ACTIVATED). Ofc not the exact passive, some more offensive power would be interesting then.
Or what speaks against growing plants in an area directly? You might add an delay to it, but that would feel a lot more plant-mage like than the current weird seed mechanic...
