Hello hello ! I have a request about give a visual effect like Nautilus passive cooldown or Udyr E cooldown after stunning someone , for the legendary rune Glacial Augment cooldown per target ( too much underestimate btw , just saying). I hope that this will provide a good outcome.
Good idea , when you use this runes , it's not really clear to see when you have the possibility to applicate the effect again ( you have to target the enemy champion to know , this is annoying when you want to applicate the slow on everyone or with your 
Up , i'm actually try hard this underrated rune and i'm still dont understand why it was not done before.
It's really irritating to know your rune CD only by targeting the adverse champ.
People don't care about this rune because it's not popular , however she shouldn't be left behind.
