Marksman Burst/Healing Delay
So, some thoughts into how marksman damage is handled, just to try to ease down some of their burst damage/healing. Im not saying markman are OP, just giving some tuning ideas that could be worked with to slow down their upfront burst.
UNIQUE PASSIVE: Critical strikes deal an additional (50% Total Attack Damage) physical damage over 5 seconds. Stacks any number of times.

line Lifesteal --> Blood Tribute: A percentage of physical damage dealt is stored and used to heal the user for up to (20 x Level) health each second.
Storage amount and restoration could obviously be looked at, but in any case should reduce burst healing.

To give tanks some incentive to build armor and engage

Pretty straightforward nerf to ranged champions using lethality items
