Riot Please Improve Matchmaking

I recently bought Yasuo and I've been trying to learn him. But every game there are always a high platinum or diamond players on the other team. It's not fair considering I'm silver 4 but I have the skill level of a bronze 5 player. A game ago there was a challenger Mundo and a platinum leesin and syndra on the other team and we had an unranked blitzcrank. Our highest ranked player was a platinum 2 Lucian. Can someone please tell riot to fix matchmaking.
