Is it me or GP got turned upside-down (at least in some matchups)?

Combination of Grasp + bone plating makes him really annoying early in the game - at least for champions that can't dish out much damage very quickly, or rely on CC to do so.

Meanwhile, new crit doesn't work well on him (because he already gets to ignore tons of armor with barrels), and he loses up to 300 damage lategame for not taking electocute, so most damage dealers get to outscale him.

He was kind of supposed to be the other way around, wasn't he?
