Down time on ranked EUNE

After the ranked queue went down on EUNE a couple of days ago, i got the message i was now unavailable for receiving loot, "because of my AFK and dodging behavior". While i do have a rather unstable connection in general I dont AFK or dodge, like this has happened less than 1/200 games. And the server shutting down now prevents me from getting new loot? ? ? Just saved up to the new skins and loot stuff, but i have a hard time justifying spending 35£-50£ on a system I'm not even meant to use.
