Another Poacher's Knife Idea - Reset Trinket CD

Hey guys, just saw a lot of chatter about Poachers Knife, some good ideas out here but was thinking of some ways we could make it a good pick for your team while also complementing the invade style of the counter-jungler.

What I am proposing is keeping or balancing the current iteration of the knife, but also including a full reset to the trinket you are using or even an X second reset to the trinket you are using.

Being able to lay another ward / scan / mini CV again after each enemy creep smite could prove useful.
