hextech crafting

as someone who owns all the champs, i have great difficulty caring about the new feature, i seem to get more champs then skins, i would like it to actually help out more then the occasional skin, maybe riot if you could make it possible to convert orange essence to blue essence. if thats not able maybe making people that have all the champs just get skins, or something on the lines of that.
