I Spend More Time Trying To Get In A Game

Than actually playing one. It's ridiculous the amount of dodges/declines I get before getting into champ select WHILE waiting 5+ minutes for a queue. Then, lets top it off by me not getting my role the next couple of Queues around since I get auto-filled. People dodged a lot less often back in S5.
